Peter Doherty is the singer and songwriter of the band Babyshambles and formerly co-frontman and songwriter of The Libertines, with whom he first shot to fame. Since 2005, he has become well known to the public at large as a result of his relationship with Kate Moss, his iconic status amongst fans and his infamous rock and roll lifestyle.
